DeskLot support options that answer most questions and/or solve most problems you might run into when using DeskLot.
  1. DeskLot has a very extensive help system build into it that not only answers most questions but can help you be aware of better ways or doing things and even that you can do things that you might not be aware of. Click the Start button on your computer and then Programs, DeskLot by WalkTheLotŪ and Help to open the main DeskLot help file. You may also find help from within DeskLot by pressing F1.
     
  2. If you are new to designing stickers in DeskLot, you will find the Getting Started Tutorial very useful and time saving.
     
  3. View our Frequently Asked Questions for answers to very common questions.
     
  4. Search our technical support knowledge base (form below) for solutions to various problems, technical notes and how-to's.
     
  5. If after reviewing the built-in help, viewing our frequently asked questions and our technical support knowledge base, you are unable to find a resolution, please contact us. Make sure and let us know what operating system you are running, which version of DeskLot you are running (available under Help and About in DeskLot) and the exact error or problem you are having as well as a contact name and phone number.
